The Horizons project is a new mentoring service aimed to help newly employed and budding entrepreneurs in the Merseyside area to develop the necessary skills to manage their careers and/or businesses. The mentors consisted of 10 high profile figures operating within the local community. Mentors included Wally Brown, Principal at Liverpool Community College and Garth Dallas, Chief Executive of Fortis Media.
